How do I pay my rent?
Rent is due in full on the first day of the month by 5pm. (including weekends and holidays) You must mail your rent early enough that we receive it by 5pm on the first. If we receive your rent after 5pm on the 1st, you will be charged a 10% late fee. Mail Early! You will mail your payment to our mailing address at 107 N. Morris St, Richmond, VA 23220.
You can also drop payment off to our Office: 107 N. Morris St, Alley Entrance
We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks and money orders. We do not accept cash.
